It’s the Little Things #160 Leave a comment

February 11, 2022

It has been a whirlwind of a week here and I am sure excited for the weekend. This week I found two delicious recipes I’m excited to make, including taquitos from Thriving Home and parmesan pretzel bites from What’s Gaby Cooking. I’m sharing a road trip playlist on Spotify I’m loving, some quick reviews of all the new Netflix shows. Lastly, I was so excited at the results of laundering our couch cushions and just had to share on my blog how to wash your couch cushions.

What have you come across this week that has been inspiring, entertaining or bookmark worthy?

You know that I am a big fan of any time I can prep ahead and have meals ready to go in the freezer. These beef taquitos from Thriving Home sounds exactly like what my family would love. I appreciate both the slow cooker and Instant Pot options for making it even easier.

Here’s a little game day appetizer I have my eye on – parmesan pretzel bites from What’s Gaby Cooking. I am a sucker for appetizers in general and I don’t hardly need an excuse to make these.

Looking for a playlist that’s great for singing along to? I love this road trip inspired playlist I found on Spotify. It’s perfect for having on as background music when entertaining or turning up when cleaning.

Netflix sure has some fun new shows premiering in February. Real Simple rounds up all kinds of different shows within different genres. Which one catches your eye?

Due to an unexpected tummy bug that snuck in to our house, I found myself needing to watch our couch cushions. I was so pleased with the results and had to share them with you.
